What has Jo Titterton got planned for Winter!
Horses continue to be great levellers and lots of highs are always brought back to reality with a few lows! I’ve had the devastating news that Otis won’t be ridden again following a recurring suspensary injury. I’m devastated but extremely grateful to have had the pleasure to ride him. He will now be the most beautiful field ornament I could wish for!
Over winter my plan is to back my 3yr old Camlough Delphi gelding Tigger. He’s currently lunging and long reigning nicely with tack on and we plan to get on him in the next couple of weeks. He will then get to the point of walk trot and canter under saddle, a little arena hire somewhere then a break ready to crack on as a 4yr old.
With Donny I’m perfecting the movements for elementary at home but competition wise he will stay at prelim and novice for a little longer.
My main man Billy is feeling fabulous at the minute. We will aim to qualify for the winter regionals st Advanced Medium then dust the tail coat off and have another play at PSG.
Lots of clinics planned over the winter months up and down the county which I feel extremely blessed to be asked to do. So lucky to be able to say I love my job!!Follow us Share this
